About s2s elevation dance works
Our History
Sole 2 Soul Dance Theatre was founded in 2017 with a simple dream: to create a place where young dancers could explore the joy of movement, discover their passion for the arts, and grow both on and off the stage.
What began as a small group of students in Central Virginia quickly blossomed into a thriving studio, when the merge begin with Elevation Dance Works! The team began to build this super studio on the values of discipline, creativity, community, and love for dance. Over the years, the studio has expanded to offer a variety of styles while continuing to focus on excellence in training and performance.
After the pandemic, the team begin to dive deep into giving the
Elite dancers opportunities to shine at regional and national levels, earning awards for artistry and technical skill.
Today, our studio is recognized for its outstanding choreography, teamwork, and dedication.
Beyond competitions and performances, S2S ELEVATION DANCE WORKS has always been about more than just dance. It is a place where students build lifelong friendships, gain confidence, and learn lessons that carry far beyond the stage. Many alumni have gone on to pursue careers in the arts, education, and beyond, carrying with them the spirit of dance instilled at the studio.
Now, as we celebrate SEASON 9, we honor the journey that brought us here and look forward to the future, continuing to inspire, uplift, and elevate the next generation of dancers.
